I moved to a new city and could not find a toilet. So I mapped every public toilet in the United Kingdom — fifteen thousand of them, across 400+ towns and cities — and gave it away. Brighton & Hove City Council came to me, and its official dataset is now council-verified in the app. No ads, no subscription, no premium tier, and there never will be.

A small web and design agency I started in Lagos in 2020 and still run from Bournemouth: two of us, across development and design. We build for small businesses, charities and community groups — Tattel UK, which connects international students with mentors, and Bethel Experience, a non-profit for children with disabilities. The tools we built for ourselves are open source under the Genius name.

O-Range Cybersecurity

WordPress and WooCommerce sites for a cybersecurity training business in Lagos and its clients — payments, content architecture, theme and plugin work — plus the client calls, the training and the fixing after launch. Where I learned that a website is only finished when someone else can run it.

Story time

I moved from Nigeria to Birmingham in 2023 for my master’s, then down to Bournemouth in 2025. New city, no idea where anything was — and one day I really needed a toilet and could not find one.

It sounds trivial. It is not, if you are pregnant, managing Crohn’s or IBS, disabled, elderly, or out with a toddler. It is the invisible thing that decides whether you leave the house at all.

Nobody had mapped it properly. So I did. A few months later, the BBC rang.

How I build

Seven years building the web for other people — an agency job in Lagos, then an agency of my own — and now a product that 35,000 people rely on. Both show up in how I build: ship it, then make the data earn trust.
